Human World vs. Nature

"My art wants to impress with quality and attention to detail and stand out from the crowd with its own style." Because of Corona and the restrictions for humans there is a big chance for nature. Mankind is able to see how beautiful nature is and how important it is that the human build world may live in unity and peace with nature. This project shows the beauty and therefore the importance of both worlds building a lasting symbiosis.
About the Artist
Jaio Dos Anjos
I am from Portugal, born in Angola, but currently based in Germany. At the age of 12 I won a national (Portugal) school competition on the subject of "Peace" and my work was sent to Germany. This was the key event that confirmed my "eternal" desire to become an artist. I am a self tought artist as I never had the chance to visit any art school. I want to transfer all the power of the elements and nature onto the canvas with the help of the beauty of colors and the uniqueness of my style. My whole love is for abstract art with all the infinite possibilities and the freedom to put moods and feelings on paper without any rules.
When I start a picture I start with a certain idea. However, a dialogue with the work of art develops very quickly, through which the creation process can be influenced and in some cases directed in a completely different direction. To keep this interaction going, I use the quick drying properties of acrylic. I don't want to commit myself to a single style, because for me art means experimenting and developing forever. The uniqueness of my art has prompted a German art collector to add some of my works to his collection. Also the private foundation “Rohnerhaus“, Lauterach, Austria added a few of my artworks to its collection. Most recently 3 of my paintings will be presented at Art Revolution Taipei, Taiwan as finalist of the international artist grand prize competition 2021 from 14/05/2021 - 17/05/2021.
